The Emergency Operator's switchboard always receives calls from people 24/7. You will play the role of a call centre board operator and help people when they are in trouble. Specifically, you will grasp the situation and decide whether to call the fire department, ambulance, police team, or medical team. When players give the right solution to the people's needs, the points will be added to the system. Make the right decision and get promoted to higher levels!
SOLVE PEOPLE’S PROBLEM
There is a strange phone number calling; you need to click on the answer button. They will state a specific problem that needs you to solve. There are three options for you to choose from
- Fire truck: Work out fire prevention and fighting problems.
- Ambulance: Used in cases where patients need to be taken to the hospital urgently.
- Call the police: Resolve public order and community disturbances.
If you choose correctly, you will get ten points in Emergency Operator. If you choose incorrectly, you will get no points. When you pass all 15 questions, you can upgrade your calling career.
How to answer the phone
- Click on the green phone button to pick up the phone and listen to the customer's problems.
- Tap on one of the three options to help the customer solve their issues.
